The latest, much-anticipated Cowboy release from the magical fingers of Garrison Brothers Distillery is a bold 134.8 proof, uncut and unfiltered straight bourbon, aged in hand-picked barrels that managed to endure the heat of Texan summers. With the angels already taking their cut away from this limited expression, the earthly realm is left with only 9,600 bottles of this delicious liquid.

Master Distiller Donnis Todd found the magic maturation combination for this 107-proof bourbon that is named after the river that flows through Texas. After 4 years in new American oak, the whiskey spent another 2 in carefully selected tawny port casks.

Named after Bob Dylan’s Bootleg Series of albums, this is the 3rd release in the limited-edition series. Released in 2021, it’s a 13-year-old Kentucky bourbon that was finished in Vino de Naranja casks and bottled at cask strength. The bottle is adorned with Dylan’s painting titled Sunday Afternoon.

This bold blend of five exquisite whiskies is a tribute to Marian McLain, one of the first documented bootleggers in the country who distilled whiskies to support her family in the 18th century. The Spirit is equally grand, spectacular, and complex as she was.

Batch No. 12 is yet more proof of Master Blender John Rhea’s skill. The blend of 7- to 14-year-old bourbons and younger 4-year-olds features the perfect balance of mature and young, making for a delicious whiskey that’s bottled at 115.8 proof.
