Description
About George T. Stagg 2019 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The 2019 release was distilled in 2004 from Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and North Dakota malted barley. The barrels for this release then spent at least 15 years and 3 months in their charred new American oak casks, patiently maturing.
Finally, the whisky was bottled at a cask strength of 116.9 proof ― a touch lower than previous releases, which comes down to the barrels being stored on the lower warehouse floors.
